Chef Noélia Jerónimo, known for her passion for Portuguese cuisine, brings to Marina with Noélia her focus on dishes that highlight the seafood and fresh products of the region, sourced directly from the Olhão market, with an innovative approach to traditional recipes.

From various types of rice, Tataki, Xerém, or “Cataplanas”, to
the freshest fish and seafood, such as sea bass with seaweed, razor clams, or local prawns, the availability and freshness of the ingredients are essential to the quality of the restaurant’s cuisine, and therefore may not be available daily. The menu will therefore undergo daily changes and may not be in its latest version, here on the website.
